1.Acceptance

These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of wuhetrade.com (the "Site"), operated by Wuhe Trading Co., Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR ("Wuhe", "we", "us"). By browsing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

2.Catalog information and pricing

• Product images, specifications, sizes, colors, MOQ figures and any prices shown are for reference only and are indicative, not binding.
• Colors may vary between production batches and between screens; measurements may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
• Availability, specifications and prices may change without notice. Please confirm the current specification and price with us in writing before ordering.
• Any indicative FOB or EXW figures exclude shipping, insurance, duties, taxes and any applicable certification costs unless expressly stated.

3.Quotations and orders

A quotation becomes binding only when we issue a written proforma invoice (PI) and you accept it in writing. Orders are confirmed on receipt of the agreed deposit. Delivery terms, payment terms, tolerances, inspection arrangements, claims periods and lead times are those set out in the PI and our order confirmation, together with the applicable Incoterms® 2020 rule stated there.

4.No online payments

The Site does not accept payments and does not process card data. Payment instructions are issued only by our authorised representatives in writing. If you receive bank details that differ from those on our signed PI, do not pay; contact us first using the details below to verify them.

5.Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, product photography, layout, logos and the "WUHE" name — is owned by us or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print pages for the purpose of evaluating and purchasing our products. You may not republish, resell, scrape, mirror or use our content for commercial purposes, or remove proprietary notices, without our prior written consent.

Third-party brands, if any are referenced in relation to compatible or comparable products, remain the property of their respective owners. We do not manufacture, distribute or sell counterfeit goods, and we do not accept orders that infringe third-party intellectual property.

6.Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems
• Do not upload or transmit malicious code, or use the Site in a way that disrupts service for others
• Do not use the Site to send unsolicited bulk messages or to misrepresent your identity
• Do not use the Site if you are subject to trade sanctions that prohibit dealing with us

7.Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. Those services are operated independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

8.Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability in connection with the Site is limited to HKD 1,000. Liability in respect of any supply of goods is governed exclusively by the contract for that supply.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11.Changes

We may amend these terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
